Fair Play Policy

Last updated: 1 June 2026

BooyahZone is committed to a level playing field for every participant. This policy describes prohibited conduct, our enforcement actions, and how disputes are resolved.

1. Zero tolerance โ€” prohibited conduct

  • Hacks & cheats: aimbot, ESP, wallhack, headshot mod, no-recoil, speed hack, auto-headshot, modded APK, or any third-party tool that confers an unfair advantage.
  • Emulators in tournaments that are mobile-only (the format will be announced for each tournament).
  • Account sharing: playing on someone else's registered BooyahZone account, or letting someone else play on yours.
  • Multi-accounting: registering more than one BooyahZone account to bypass bans or enter the same tournament multiple times.
  • Teaming up in solo formats: coordinating with other players in solo BR or solo Clash Squad matches.
  • Intentional team-killing in squad formats.
  • Stream sniping our admin staff or other players.
  • Bribery / match fixing: offering, accepting, or soliciting money or favours to throw a match or alter results.
  • Fake / manipulated screenshots: editing kill counts, placement, or in-game data submitted for result verification.
  • Toxic behaviour: abusive language, slurs, harassment or threats โ€” towards other players, our admins, or our support staff.

2. Result verification

  • After each tournament, players upload an in-game screenshot showing kill count and final placement.
  • Our admin team cross-checks screenshots against the room's player list and reported results from other participants.
  • If a screenshot appears edited, stretched, mismatched, or inconsistent with other evidence, it will be rejected and the prize forfeited.
  • In ambiguous cases, our admin decision is final.

3. Enforcement

Depending on the severity and pattern of violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Warning and screenshot rejection (first-time minor offence)
  • Disqualification from current tournament, entry fee forfeited
  • Temporary account suspension (7โ€“30 days)
  • Permanent account ban
  • Forfeiture of both deposit and winnings balance
  • Reporting to Garena for in-game action
  • Reporting to law enforcement for criminal fraud (e.g. forged screenshots used to claim cash prizes, identity theft)

4. Banned accounts and IP

  • Banned players may not create new accounts. Detected re-registrations will be banned on sight and any wallet balance forfeited.
  • Banned players are also prohibited from circumventing the ban via VPN, alternate devices, or another person's phone number.

5. Reporting cheating

If you see another player cheating, please report it within 24 hours of the match with:

  • Tournament name and date/time
  • Reported player's in-game name and Free Fire UID if known
  • Video clip or screenshot evidence (kill cam, suspicious movement, etc.)
  • Your own registered mobile number on BooyahZone

Use: our contact form

Reports are treated confidentially. False or malicious reports made to harm other players will themselves be treated as a fair-play violation.

6. Appeals

If your account is suspended or banned and you believe the action was unjust, you may appeal once by emailingour contact form within 14 days of the action. Include your registered mobile number and any evidence supporting your appeal. We will review and respond within 7 working days. Our final decision is binding.
