This website (https://booyahzone.in), collectively referred to as “BooyahZone”, “we”, “us” or “our”, is operated by the BooyahZone team. By creating an account or participating in any tournament on the platform, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of India in a state where skill-gaming tournaments with cash prizes are legally permitted. You must NOT use the platform if you reside in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Telangana, or any other state where such activities are prohibited or restricted.
• You agree to provide accurate information including your mobile number, Free Fire UID, and UPI ID where applicable.
• Each user may register only one account. Multiple accounts per individual will be banned and any wallet balance forfeited.

BooyahZone operates as a third-party tournament organizer for the mobile game Free Fire developed by Garena International I Pvt. Ltd. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena. Our service consists of scheduling custom-room matches, collecting entry fees, distributing prize money based on player skill (kills, placement) and providing a player wallet for deposits and withdrawals.

All games offered are games of skill. Outcomes are determined by player ability and not by chance. We do not offer any game of chance, gambling, lottery or wagering product.

• The wallet consists of two balances: Deposit balance (money added to your wallet, usable only for entry fees, NOT withdrawable) and Winnings balance (prize money earned by playing, both usable for entries AND withdrawable to your UPI).
• Minimum top-up amount is ₹50. Maximum per top-up is ₹10,000.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. Withdrawals are processed to the UPI ID saved on your profile after admin review, usually within 24–72 working hours.
• All deposits are verified manually against UPI transaction references. We do not store your card or banking details.
• A 10% platform fee applies on prize pool distribution (already accounted for in advertised prizes).

• Players must join a tournament before its scheduled start time. Late joining is locked once a match starts.
• Room ID and password are revealed to paid participants 5 minutes before scheduled start time. Sharing these credentials with anyone outside the registered player base is strictly prohibited.
• Players are responsible for joining the custom room on time and complying with the in-game ruleset announced for that tournament.
• Result verification is based on player-submitted in-game screenshots reviewed by our admin team. Manipulated, altered or fraudulent screenshots will result in entry rejection, account ban, and forfeiture of wallet balance.

• Use of any hack, mod, emulator (where banned by the tournament rules), aimbot, ESP, wallhack, or any third-party software that confers an unfair advantage.
• Teaming with opponents in solo formats; intentional team-killing in squad formats.
• Account sharing, account selling, or playing on behalf of another user.
• Use of multiple accounts, fake KYC, or stolen payment instruments.
• Any abusive, threatening, hateful or harassing behaviour in-game, in our communications channels, or directed at our staff.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of wallet balance (both deposit and winnings), and reporting to Garena and law enforcement where applicable.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: entry fees are refunded in full (to your wallet) if a tournament is cancelled by us. Voluntary withdrawal from a tournament before start time may be granted at our discretion. Once a match begins, entry fees are non-refundable.

As per applicable Indian tax laws (Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act), tax deducted at source (TDS) at 30% may apply on net winnings as required. Winnings are reported to the user and to the relevant tax authority where applicable. You are responsible for filing your own income tax returns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BooyahZone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to lag, server downtime, in-game issues outside our control, or third-party payment processor failures. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

All branding, logos, design, code, and content on BooyahZone are owned by the BooyahZone team. “Free Fire” and related marks are trademarks of Garena International I Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of this platform without prior written consent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
