Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how the BooyahZone team, operator of https://booyahzone.in, collects, uses, stores, and discloses information about users of the platform.

We collect the following information when you use BooyahZone:

• Account information: Mobile number, in-game name (IGN), Free Fire UID, password (stored hashed).
• Payment information: UPI ID (for withdrawals), and UTR / transaction references you submit for manual deposit verification. We do NOT store full card numbers, CVVs or bank account passwords.
• Gameplay data: Tournaments joined, entry fees paid, kills, placement, prize amounts, screenshots uploaded for result verification.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps — collected via standard server logs.
• Push notification data: If you opt in, we store the push endpoint provided by your browser's push service so we can notify you when room credentials are revealed.

• To create and operate your player account.
• To verify your identity and prevent fraud, multi-accounting, and underage usage.
• To process tournament entries, credit prizes, and process withdrawals to your UPI.
• To send transactional messages (OTP, room credentials, withdrawal status) via SMS, email or push.
• To comply with applicable Indian laws, tax obligations, and lawful requests from authorities.
• To analyze and improve the platform.

We do NOT sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• SMS / OTP providers (Twilio, etc.) — only your mobile number for delivering authentication codes.
• Cloud hosting providers (Supabase, Netlify) — for database and application hosting.
• Future payment-processing partners — minimum information required for processing deposits and withdrawals, once integrated.
• Law enforcement and tax authorities — when required by valid legal process or to protect the platform from fraud.

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and operate basic security features. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not track you across other websites.

We retain your account, transaction and gameplay data for as long as your account is active and for at least 5 years thereafter to comply with Indian tax and KYC laws. You may request deletion of your account by emailingour contact form; we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days subject to legal retention obligations.

All traffic to BooyahZone is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored using salted one-way hashes. Database access is restricted with row-level security. Payment information passes directly to our processing partners and is never stored on our servers in unencrypted form. Despite these measures, no online service is 100% secure — please use a strong unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• Access and review the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information by editing your profile or emailing us.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time through your browser settings.

BooyahZone is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please report it to us immediately and we will remove the account and any associated data.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated to you via in-app notification or email.
